I once watched an established policy in a large company, to answer the question as given regular wage increases. “The increases will be effective at the time you're in your”. Performance, together with sound policies and voluntary compliance, will always be the benchmark by which most will be evaluated and rewarded.
What we teach, must be evaluated on its own merits, applied lessons comparing policies with similar systems with organized structure. We really need to compare apples with apples and oranges with oranges.
