Ayer 8 de Mayo 2010 Master Manuel Hernandez, 3ºDan Aikido taught an introductory course to Kenjutsu in Terrero El Carrizal Fight.
He began teaching the basic positions kamae or continue with the first kata. In the second part we learned to defend ourselves with empty hand of an attack with boken.
In the afternoon we continue to finalize kenjutsu aikido techniques especially various kokyunages to sweat a little.
Thank you very much Manuel as interesting and instructive course, the 5 hours flew by.
